How do I return or exchange?

• Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click "start."
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return/exchange.
• If exchanging, indicate the item/size you would like to exchange for in the "notes" field.
• We'll review your return request and you will get a confirmation email once the return request is approved.
• From there, you can go ahead and ship back your item using the return label that came with your original packaging. If you no longer have the label, we will provide a copy for you. 

What items are returnable?

• We want you to feel good when you sweat. We happily accept returns within 30 days of your order being placed. For returned items to be refunded they must:

• Be in their original condition.
• Be unsoiled, washed or altered.
• Have no signs of wear or tear.
• Have tags intact.

• The Sweat Aesthetic reserves the right to reject refund or exchange request for returned item(s) that do not comply with the above terms. 

Are there any charges to return?

• No, we do not charge any restocking or return shipping fees.
• Packages come with a prepaid shipping label to send your item(s) back. We are happy to provide you a copy if you no longer have your return label. 

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.

How do I cancel my order?

• If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch:

• Email us at hello@SweatAesthetic.com as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours order was placed.
• We cannot guarantee that your order will be cancelled as we aim to fulfill all orders within the next business day.
